These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone using the Services of Kelly Permanent Beauty Limited and/or makes a booking for services. No other terms and conditions shall apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing, in advance, with Kelly Tsant (Kelly Permanent Beauty). If you do not wish to agree to these Terms, please do not book any treatment with Kelly Permanent Beauty.

Late Cancellation
In the event you cancel your Initial Treatment within the 72 hours of the booked appointment time (“Late Cancellation”)

a)    You will lose your deposit in full (No refunds are provided)
b)    You will have to rebook your appointment and pay a new deposit if you wish to book another appointment.

When you make a booking on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, medical history and photos. Your personal information will be used for the treatment and getting you booked in.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

All payments made on the booking system are made using a payment system via Stripe where your data is also stored through their database in a secured server.
